All rentals are non-smoking, located in safe, well-lit areas with security features. Many properties are in lively neighborhoods and within walking distance of attractions, but we advise staying aware of your surroundings.
Certain properties may include amenities like balconies and hot tubs, based on availability. Rates vary by property and dates, especially during events and holidays, so please reach out with your party size for a quote.
Parking is available nearby, with valet garage options for an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be canceled two weeks prior to check-in, and a $50 non-refundable booking fee applies for condos. Occupancy limits are enforced—please inquire for more details.
TERMS & POLICIES
NOLA Nites Tickets is a ticket brokerage firm that resells tickets in partnership with secondary market platforms. Our platforms allow fans to find the tickets they want, which are sold by licensed independent sellers and professional ticket brokers.
We understand how important your event is to you, and we are committed to supporting you in case of any issues with your order. You can purchase your tickets with peace of mind, knowing that we have your back. The ticket prices on our site may be listed above or below face value. All sales are final, and there are no refunds or exchanges on tickets unless the event has been canceled by the entertainer, team, or venue. You will receive a 100% refund for your tickets if:
1. Your order was accepted but not delivered by the seller.
2. Your order was accepted but not delivered in time for the event.
3. Your tickets were not valid for entry.
4. Your event is canceled and not rescheduled.
Refunds will be issued through the venue, team, promoter, or artist's management. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the new date, and new tickets will not need to be issued.
Please note:
- Verifiable proof must be provided in a letter form from the venue to claim a refund for tickets that were not valid for entry. Written or stamped "voids" do not constitute verifiable proof.
- A 100% refund for a canceled event does not include shipping.
We no longer offer to resell tickets for individuals. Any copies, images, or videos, trademarked or otherwise, used on our site are for informational purposes only.
